Kwikfit - perth radiology clinic (PRC) at Kelmscott
Building on the success of our previous work at a Perth Radiological Clinic, we undertook the PRC Kelmscott project, which included installing custom ceiling panels in the CT area, upgrading changing cubicles, and enhancing reception and waiting areas. Our scope covered ceilings, insulation, doors, and linings, with the project completed in early 2024 at an approximate value of $445,000.
Balance commercial - genesis cancer care at hollywood hospital
Winner of the Best Health Care Building 2021 – Master Builders Association of WA Excellence in construction awards.
This award-winning project involved constructing a state-of-the-art radiation oncology facility, incorporating lead lining specific to this specialised build. We provided Gyproc services, contributing to a comprehensive suite of cancer services. The project was valued at approximately $315,000.
CAPSTONE CONSTRUCTION – MARLEY SPOON
We collaborated with Capstone Construction to deliver the new Marley Spoon warehouse refrigeration facility and offices. Marley Spoon is a fast-growing meal kit company who is planning on tripling their manufacturing capacity in the US in the near future. They proudly source most of their produce from WA farms for their meal kits and are keen to support local. This ecological sustainable development aimed for a 4-star NABERS rating. Our scope included ceilings, insulation, and partitions, with the project valued at approximately $470,000.
Metrowest - Gwelup Childcare Centre
We were excited to be part of the MetroWest Gwelup Child Care Centre names ‘Green Leaves Early Learning’. We contributed to the double-storey facility designed with high specifications, including a chef’s kitchen and community lounge. The center accommodates 112 children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age and features a mechanical lift and a unique CFC façade. Green Leaves Early Learning centre opened in 2021 and has been observed as being an ultra-modern facility that NS Ceilings and Partitions was proud to be part of. The project was valued at approximately $250,000.
Capstone construction - officeworks
Engaged through Capstone Construction, we delivered ceilings and partitions for the new 14,850m² Officeworks warehouse and office facility at Perth Airport. We were excited to work on this project as Officeworks is an Australian owned company with 167 stores nationally. The project spanned approximately six months, with a value of $480,000.
CUSTOMISED PROJECTS - ST JAMES ANGLICAN SCHOOL, ALKIMOS
We have been involved in the new build of St James Anglican School, collaborating extensively due to the innovative design. Our work included various partitioning systems, acoustic, timber, perforated panels and ceiling types across multiple buildings. During this build we have completed the Middle School, comprising of 2,200 sqm of ceiling and 1,800 sqm of walls, the Science Block, comprising of 165sqm of ceilings and 110sqm of walls, and the Design and Technology building, comprising of 40sqm of ceilings and 320sqm of walls. The project valued at approximately $800,000.

This project focused on upgrading the fit-out of the PRC Hollywood medical suite, which includes reception areas, consulting rooms, and ultrasound rooms. The medical suite is renowned for its state-of-the-art radiology services, serving doctors and the community within the Hollywood Hospital Campus.NS Ceilings and Partitions played a key role in the construction of new walls and ceilings. The project was completed in November 2020, with an estimated value of $230,000.
CAPSTONE CONSTRUCTION - AMAZON FULFILLMENT CENTRE
The Perth Amazon Fulfillment Centre is the fourth of its kind to be built in Australia and one of 185 globally. This major development highlights Perth’s position as a key hub for Amazon and the online community. It was a significant move for Amazon, as Perth, with the fourth-largest population in Australia, is geographically isolated from the East Coast. The facility enables faster distribution to the West Coast while providing support to East Coast operations.NS Ceilings and Partitions were proud to contribute to this iconic project. Their scope of work included ceiling and partitioning installations, with a focus on the guardhouse and the main office/warehouse. The project was completed efficiently within a 6-month period.The total value of the works for this project was approximately $900,000.
Spyda ConstrucTion - Mandoon winery
Step into a world where tradition meets innovation at Mandoon Estate Winery, located in the heart of Caversham, Western Australia. Our team had the privilege of contributing to this landmark project, which beautifully blends modern architecture with the rich heritage of the Roe Family property, dating back to 1840. Over three months, we completed the ceilings, walls, and facades, collaborating closely with other trades and the builder to bring our client's vision to life. Our work encompassed the Homestead, cellar door, and the Wild Swan restaurant.Mandoon Estate was honored with the prestigious title of Western Australia's Most Awarded Boutique Winery from 2012 to 2017. The total value of the works for this project was approximately $400,000.
